Giulietta is Managing Director at ACI. She has an extensive background in marketing and communications as well as loyalty, incentives and gift cards through her experience at Maritz, InteliSpend (wholly owned by Maritz) and Microstrategy. At InteliSpend, she researched competitive and market trends in the prepaid and incentive industry and contributed to the analysis of international strategies. While at Maritz, she co-founded the Maritz Institute, which helped to develop and execute the stages of the innovation process. She facilitated and managed the redesign of the corporate website, underpinned Maritz solutions with science, strategized across companies and functions, and spearheaded research to develop new business and product solutions. She has co-authored white papers about neuroscience with both the Maritz Institute as well as ACI. During her time at Microstrategy, Giulietta was a corporate liaison to the European offices, supporting sales and growth efforts. Eventually moving to Milan, she headed up the marketing department for Italian telecommunication and manufacturing companies. She earned an International Master in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and CIMBA.
Vice President Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Angela is responsible for bringing in new Merchant Partners to participate in ACI’s AchieveLinks® business rewards program and developing plans to ensure success for current and future Partners in the program. Angela has extensive experience and success in working with and maximizing supplier partnerships that drive sales and increase revenue, and has managed accounts that grossed more than $50 million in total sales. She has put that experience into the association industry, most recently serving as associate vice president of account management and national contracts at National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance. She established and implemented high-level contract strategies, developed business alliances and partnering, and source selection procedures and process. Previously, Angela worked for Horizon Resource Group, E & I Cooperative, and the University of Illinois at Springfield. She focused on procurement compliance, development of solicitation programs, and state research related to procurement legislation. Prather also contributed to the content and development of the Arizona State University Job Order Contracting Certificate Program. She is a founding member of the Central Florida Military Resource and Support, sits on the board of directors for Semper Fi Sisters, and is a member of Institute for Supply Chain Management, National Institute for Governmental Purchasers, and Blue Star Mothers of America.
