Fred brings his out-of-the-box thinking to associations to help them strengthen their membership benefits. His experience with consumer loyalty began early in his career. While at Maritz, he implemented the first consumer loyalty points program in the country for electric utility, Centerior Energy, now First Energy. At the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Fred increased revenue through new memberships and pioneered programs aimed at improving member retention. His efforts led to a 176% increase in new memberships in one year. Most recently, Fred generated new revenue through innovative web-based applications of Wells Fargo products for trade and alumni associations. He served as Chair of the Business Practices team for the National Diversity Council.

Bill Gessert

You'll never meet someone with more energy than Bill. He has spent 25 years in the customer service and call center industries, where his training programs have been used in to train thousands of sales reps worldwide. He established inbound/outbound sales team at American Express Incentive Services and National Scrip Center. Additionally, he is a past president of and currently serves on the board of directors of the International Customer Service Association.
